Following the call by the NRM Youth leaders this morning to the secretary general of the party Amama Mbabazi not to cowardice on his presidential ambitions for 2016 ,as NRM parliamentary caucus executive has asked Mbabazi to with draw his signature from the resolution that endorsed president museeveni as sole candidate for 2016 if he wishes so.

Addressing a press conference at parliament, the Government chief whip kasule Lumumba said that the NRM Caucus resolution to have museveni as a sole candidate was their own view but anyone who feels can stand with him is free to do so.

Lumumba told journalists that the prime minister was not drunker when he was signing this resolution to back president museveni and her argument was supported by caucus treasury Robinah Nabbajja who said that indeed Mbabazi was sober , calm and was not forced to sign the resolution.
