The Resident District Commissioner (RDC) for Kawempe Division, Edward Sekabanja says they launched a fourth term project for Museveni because Ugandans are pleased with the president’s record of performance.

Sekabanja says it is the peasants who are asking Museveni to seek reelection as President. The RDC says Museveni should concentrate in other districts because he has won in Kampala.
