Business has come to a standstill in Katwe, a Kampala suburb today morning when youth supporters of the ruling National Resistance Movement government marched on the city roads launching the fourth term for President Museveni.
The supporters guided by the Five Resident District Commissioners of Kampala and police urged Museveni to stand for President in 2011 elections.
The Resident District Commissioner (RDC) for Kawempe Division, Edward Sekabanja says they launched a fourth term project for Museveni because Ugandans are pleased with the president’s record of performance.
Sekabanja says it is the peasants who are asking Museveni to seek reelection as President. The RDC says Museveni should concentrate in other districts because he has won in Kampala.
