Luzira Upper Prison inmates got a chance to be entertained by Pastor Wilson Bugembe and other gospel artistes performing live on stage.

Bugembe, Martin Sseku, and Beth Mugisha performed for the inmates Friday evening courtesy of a team from Power FM and Watoto Church.

Pastor Bugembe and other team members performed inside the murky walls of Luzira Upper Prison, interacting with the inmates, giving them gifts, and praying for them.

Over the last two years, Power FM and Watoto Church have always spent a weekend every year to visit the inmates in Luzira.

Pastor Bugembe and his team witnessed the final football match in the tournament that had been going on over the past few weeks and also handed over prizes to the winning teams as well as holding a bull-roasting.

The visitors presented gifts to the inmates, which include foodstuffs and jerrycans among others.
