President Kagame sends condolences to Museveni over bomb blasts

President Paul Kagame of Rwanda has sent message of condolence to President Museveni and all Ugandans following last Sunday’s bomb blasts in Kampala in which over 76 people perished.

Kagame condemns the blasts describing them as inhuman, cowardly and evil. He promises to work with Uganda and other East African states to eliminate acts of terrorism in the region.

Kagame has also wished those who got injuries during the blasts a quick recovery. The twin blasts took place at the Ethiopian Village Kabalagala and at Kyadondo Rugby Club.

Police has so far arrested two people in connection to the Kampala bomb blasts.
