Recommended diet for HIV patients

 

 

To reduce on the risks of toxins entering the body of someone living with HIV/AIDS, food should be as clean and pure as possible.

You must eat well; a good basic diet will include plenty of raw Vegetables, seeds, nuts, grains, fresh fruits and lean protein from quality sources.

Garlic and onions have natural antibiotics effect, so use them often. Drink a glass of clean water every two walking hours.  Drink several glasses of green juice daily, as it will help your weakened immune system absorb a maximum amount of nutrients.

But don’t consume raw eggs; unpasteurized milk, cheese, or rare meat,because all of these products can contain harmful bacteria.
Cut out junk food, fried food, sugar and alcohol, all of which suppress your immune system.
