The best way to relieve hemorrhoids is to consume more fibre and eat a lot of whole grains, raw or lightly cooked fruits and vegetables.

Eat beans, nuts, and seeds to allow the stool to pass out more easily. Also drink a glass of clean water every two walking hours.
