The Uganda Sports Press Association at their monthly assembly has voted Ronald Mugula the sports personality for the month of October.

Mugula who was last month crowned world kickboxing champion collected 495 points.

He is the reigning European and Intercontinental continental champion on top of the world title.

National insurance cooperation came in second with 475 points after they won the national netball league.

Footballers Simeone Massa and Daniel Sserunkuma, Tornando cricket club, rally driver Jas Mangat, Willy Chitanta were also recommended.
