Rural electrification agency of the ministry of energy and mineral development runs out of fuel

 

The rural electrification agency of the ministry of energy and mineral development has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of fuel under a framework contract arrangement for a period of two years, sources in the ministry have told us.

The bidding will be conducted in accordance with open domestic bidding procedures contained in the public procurement and disposal of public assets act 2003 and are open to all. The bidders may obtain further information from the offices concerned. The bidding documents in English may be purchased on the submission of written application. The method of payment will be by cash.

The executive director of the rural electrification agency of the ministry of energy and mineral development says that the method of payment to the agency’s bank account and an official receipt issued thereafter. The bids shall be vaild for a period of 120 working days.
