According to the report, NRM spent over UGX.30 billion on party primary, UGX. 19 billion on delegates conference, UGX.10 billion to popularize sole candidate, among other. The report has however ranked FDC in the second position with UGX.1.512 billion Uganda shilling, on the organizing of delegates conference, nomination of Col.
