]]> The hunter has now become the hunted. The Anti-Corruption Division of the High Court on Tuesday will start the hearing of the case in which MP Yokasi Bihande of Bukonzo East is facing embezzlement and fraud charges.

The Court on March 12th 2012 extended the trial of Bihande to Tuesday this week because the MP had lost his sister Margret Bihande. The case is before Justice Catherine Bamugemereirwe of the Anti-Corruption Division of the High Court. MP Bihande is currently out of prison on court bail pending the main trial.

According to the information in court, the Inspectorate of Government alleges that Bihande forged false documents and embezzled 20 million shillings from wit Constituency Development Funds. It is said that the MP committed the offence between 2008/2009 and 2009/10 financial years.
