Uganda’s music heavy weight Dr. Jose Chameleon of the Leone Island was beaten by angry music fans in Luweero district and his nose oozed blood.

The revelers who had turned up for Chameleon’s Valu Valu concert yesterday night at Bukenya Foundation Hall in Luweero accused the singer for arriving late at the show.

When Chameleon arrived late the revelers shouted “why have you come late you man, do you want to take us for a right,” they chorused as others shouted let us lynch him this time. Chameleon who was scheduled to arrive at the show at 3: pm arrived at midnight.

The problem worsened when power went off immediately when the singer jumped on stage to apologise. One of the revelers threw an empty bottle of beer and it hit part of his nose.

The nose oozed blood and Chameleon shouted loudly that ‘boxers save me.’ The revelers broke the seats, and destroyed the lights among other items as Chameleon flew away for safety.

Dr. Jose Chameleon’s phone was up for grabs and Judith Heard and Zari were each eager to take it at a pay. The MC was Salvado and MC Kats.

Kats and Salvado announced that Chameleon’s phone was up for grabs and immediately Judith Heard picked the microphone and offered pounds 2000 as the total price she was willing to buy the phone. Zari had earlier noted that Judith Heard did not have the money in cash so Zari asked if Judith Heard was to make a cheque or pay in case because on her part she was ready to pay the full amount in cash.

Judith heard reportedly became furious. She reportedly threw the microphone away and Zari picked it. We are told that Judith Heard called Zari a bitch.

The flamboyant singer was passing near Nandos restaurant in Kampala and a hawker met him in the traffic jam when many people were watching.

Chameleon when he saw the watch for fear of being laughed at when the hawker told him that it was original and cost 400,000 shillings. Chameleon simply paid.

The Leon Island source says that when Chameleon reached home and looked at the watch critically, the musician discovered that it was fake.

We hear that the singer was buying the watch for his house maid Norah.

 Many members ofLeoneIslandhave reportedly joined firebase crew of Bobi Wine, Gagamel Crew Bebe Cool, Chilli galz and Jackaki band among other groups. In fact snoops report that the number of dancers inLeoneIslandhas reduced to an extend that when Chameleon is invited to perform, he hires dancers from other groups.

 Some members of theLeoneIslandwho left Chameleone and joined other groups include Master Parrot, Cox, Lizard, Junior Pliers, Chaga, Red Banton and Mr. X among others.

Chameleon is restructuring his crew after he has got new lucrative deals inEurope. We have learnt that Chameleon has asked even those former members of his crew who wish to return.

Stecia Mayanja has told journalists that the people to attend the Kasangati show will pay 5,000 shillings and the VIP tickets are sold at 10,000 shillings. She says that on January 22^nd, the same show will take place at Hotel Explorer Zanna on Kampala Entebbe road.

 A source told us that Desire is four months pregnant. But a source said people suspect that Sebaggala could be responsible for the work in Desire’s berry.

 If this is true, Sebaggala will be getting his 5^th child. Sebaggala already has 34 children from 11 wives (hajati’s).

 Sebaggala and singer Desire Luzinda has been reportedly an item for the last two years. However some other men like Dr. Jose Chameleon, Weasel TV among others have been also reported to be on Desire’s menu.

A source from Dr. Jose Chameleon’s Leone Island Crew has told us that the singer’s wife, Daniela Atim is pregnant.

The source told informers that Daniela has been vomiting and suffering from malaria due to the pregnancy for the last very many months.

When contacted Daniela told our informers that she doesn’t want people who are spreading news about her pregnancy. She says that getting pregnant is a private affair and the people spreading it should give her leave.

“When I will give birth in January you will again start writing that Daniela has delivered another Chameleon!” she says

Singer M Jeff told the press that he released the song two weeks before Juliana duplicated his song. However when Juliana was asked by informers about the development, she said that some of the upcoming artists have a habit of claiming that well established singers have stolen their songs in order to make themselves also popular.

E Sanyu Lyange hit for Juliana was written by gospel artist, Silver Kyagulanyi while M Jeff’s version was composed by Omulangila Ssuna.

Juliana says that she is not the first one small artists are targeting to get known, other singers like Dr. Jose Chameleon have been targeted before. She says that recently an upcoming singer, Jenkins Mukasa accused Chameleone of stealing his Valu Valu.

Chameleon who left the country last week for Mukisa Gwo America music tour went with his brother AK 47, singer Pallaso aka Lizard, among other members of Leone island crew.

We are told by AK 47 that they and Chameleon are to stage a number of shows in Washington DC , Toronto , San Francisco , Los Angeles and Chicago among other cities.

AK says that they will stay in US for some good days because they have to fulfill all the assignments before they return to banana republic.

We are also told that AK 47 has also utilized his visit to US to take several videos and record a collabo with Kenya ’s Red San.
