To make pawpaw facial scoop the fresh out of a pawpaw and rub the skin over your own to exfoliate. Use the mashed up bits of the fruit as a face mask.

Optionally you can add some natural yogurt for some extra skin-refining acid and bacteria. You may leave on for some 20 minutes and wash it off.

Pawpaw is also a pharmacy in its own right because many people eat it and enjoy its nutritious and good facial.

The fruit is high in vitamin B which helps the body to turn foods into energy and tissues and it’s rich in essential minerals like potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, zinc and iron, which the body needs to build skeletal and soft tissues.

The pawpaw regulate processes such as heartbeat, blood clotting, internal fluid pressure, nerve response and transporting oxygen all over the body and it is also rich in enzymes that ease digestion. Enzymes contribute to the breakdown of the proteins into amino acids. Amino acids are the building blocks for the body cells and therefore responsible for all body activity as well as our mental and physical health.

Pawpaw is a pharmacy in its own right. Many people eat pawpaw and enjoy it but they have no idea that the fruit is very nutritious and that it makes a good facial.

The Pawpaw fruit is high in vitamin B which helps the body to turn foods into energy and tissues. Pawpaw is rich in essential minerals like potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, zinc and iron, which the body needs to build skeletal and soft tissues.

The fruit regulate processes such as heartbeat, blood clotting, internal fluid pressure, nerve response and transporting oxygen all over the body. Pawpaw is also rich in enzymes that ease digestion.

The enzymes particularly contribute to the breakdown of the proteins into amino acids. Amino acids are the building blocks for the body cells and therefore responsible for all body activity as well as our mental and physical health.

They produce less digestive enzymes in the stomach and pancreas which leads to ineffective digestion of proteins and this can lead to overgrowth of bad bacteria in the gastrointestinal system.
