David Stride has finally met his biological family members in Bristol United Kingdom (UK), among the family Peter Stride, Yvone Stride, Hilary Stride, uncle Patrick Stride 84 years old. Some of his family members live in Sound Well, Bristol. They are Ruth Stride Samore, Anthony Stride, and Silvia Stride Skundah, she is an author of learning books, and lives in Canada. Some of the books Skundah has published include ‘Lutembe Crocodile, the Night Sky, and Animal 1,2,3’ among other books.

David Stride was one of the children the British colonialists left in Uganda during the time they colonized Africa. While David Stride was in Uganda, he felt not settled to stay in a country where he had no biological family members. He unsuccessfully traced his family members in Europe. One day, he met with a journalist called Walakira Nyanzi. This journalist works with the Red Pepper but part times with Ultimate Media, one of the leading online media houses in Uganda.  David Stride told him his problems and the journalists published them on both www.ugpulse.com and www.weinformers.net. As lack may come, David Stride’s family members in UK also launched a hunt for him. He is now in UK. He says that his family members, brothers and sisters have treated him very well and they have been good to him.

David Stride’s father was a big scientist who discovered DDT and those DRUGS that fight cotton weaves. His name was Dr. George Oliva Stride. He died in 1994 in Samore Island.

David Stride told our reporter in an interview that his sisters, uncles and brothers are treating him like a baby, they are also seeking him citizenship, because their father needed to do it but he could not find him because David had been lost in Africa.

David, as most Ugandans call him, is a musician. He is the man behind the following hits ‘African freedom fighters, agutamba entale yatooro and we live in a strange world.’ David born in Africa, made the songs with his daughter Elytra Stride real names Daphin Stride, she is 18 years old now. David also got a promoter who will meet his music tours across Europe. He (David) also says he will never forget his comrades in Uganda like Walakira Nyanzi who used to feed him when he was poor and discriminated by some of the political actors in Kampala government and some members of the Ugandan public.

But David left his family in Uganda, a country where its people hardly receive two meals a day and thousands of citizens die of simple diseases because there is no drugs in hospitals and the money that might have been used to buy drugs is being stolen by some government officials. David Stride says that he also wants to access dual citizenship,

A woman committed suicide and was found dead in her bed. Jacqueline Nansubuga, a resident of Namasuba Kalina Zone was found dead by her family members who had gone to her room to greet her on Thursday.

She left behind a note. It read: “A note to police and my family members. I am sorry to have killed myself. But it was because of debts.”

Nansubuga had made similar complaints to her family members last week when she met her parents in Bunamwaya, Wakiso district. Nansubuga in the note indicated that she had a bank loan she had failed to service and she had no job.

A bottle containing poison was found bedside her bed when the police and residents entered her house. The police are not looking for killers because there is evidence that Nansubuga killed herself.

Her family members and some neighbours have recorded statements. John Kanyike, a brother to the deceased says the deceased would be buried in Masaka on Friday. The police have taken the body to Mulago National Referral hospital for a postmortem.

Prime Minister, Amama Mbabazi, the politician who is considered by many Ugandans as number one enemy of former Uganda Vice President, Prof. Gilbert Bukenya has he loves Bukenya.

Mbabazi shocked people in Kakiri town council when he told them that he and Bukenya are good friends and they are birds of the same feather.

Mbabazi said that he rarely spends a day without talking to Bukenya or any of Bukenya’s family members.

The prime minister also told the people that he fought hard to have Bukenya out of prison when the former Vice President was jailed recently over mismanagement of CHOGM funds.

Amama also caused laughter when he denied that he was not part of the mafias Bukenya announced not so long ago that they were haunting him.

When he stood up to address the people present, Bukenya too said that he was a friend of Mbabazi.

After being evicted from abattoir business in Kampala, city business tycoon Hajji Hassan Basajjabalaba has joined timber business.

We have been reliably informed that Hajji Basajjabalaba has bought five timber houses in Ndeeba and officially joined the business.

The business tycoon has now recruited his family members and cousins to run his timber business on his behalf. In fact Basajjabalaba has a lot of money. He has even bought off the land on which the five timber stores are seated.

If history remains constant, you will soon hear that conflicts have erupted at timber stores in Ndeeba. You see wherever Basajjabalaba goes, conflicts follow him. When he was managing Nakasero and Owino markets, his administration was characterised by wrangles.
