Mandela Rhodes Scholarships: The Mandela Rhodes Scholarships are open to all students across the Africa but courses are taken in South Africa.

4. Applicants must indicate their source of funding while visiting Berkeley, e.g. sabbatical pay, scholarship, government funding, personal funds, etc. Unfortunately, the Center cannot offer stipends or other financial assistance.
