]]> High Court judge Albert Rugadya Atwoki has ordered for mental check up on Francis Binaisa, a former first son who faces charges of defilement.

The judge says his mental status needs to be checked before he can take the stand to defend himself.

54-year old Francis, who is son to the late former President Godfrey Binaisa is said to have defiled a 12 year old girl 3times.

The test was ordered after his lawyer Yunus Kasirivu told court that his client seems abnormal.

He is alleged to have  committed the offence between November 2010 and April 2011

The case has been adjourned to the 20th of this month to enable him organise his witnesses.
