Drink plenty of water and eat vegetables and fruits. If you have dandruff mix one teaspoon of honey and coconut oil and massage into the scalp.

You can also mix honey in two (2) cups of fresh cream in order to create an excellent natural hair product.

Retouched hair should be oiled to avoid drying up and breaking. Comb your hair with a large-tooth comb and start from the tips towards the roots.

Consult a professional hairdresser and avoid or limit the use of hot styling tools such as blow dryers, hot combs and curling irons. Use natural hair care products like henna, lemon and coconut oil.

Several people wonder how they can deal with the problem of indigestion. If you are facing this health problem, drink water before or after a meal.

Chew ginger bites thoroughly and peppermint. Chewing ginger and peppermint in company of a cup of dry tea is good for the digestive system.

Relaxing reduces stress, add lemon juice, honey and ginger to lukewarm water and drink.

Eat small meals and slowly eat foods rich in magnesium (vegetables). Don’t lie down right after eating and avoid foods with high amount of acids.

Cut back on alcohol and smoking because they irritate stomach lining. Eat energy giving foods and food supplements.

The people who are fasting and sportsmen should eat foods that are rich in natural fibre and comprise other nutritional elements e.g.  calcium, potassium, oil, sulfur, iron, vitamins, iron, phosphorus, manganese and copper.
