The baby identified as Buyinza Kwekiriza was rescued from areas of Buvuma Island after a tip from area police.

According to police the baby was kidnapped by a woman only identified as Sarah who for long had promised her husband a child.

The DPC of Katwe police station Richard Ochang says Sarah who is now in police cells told her husband that she had given birth to a baby boy. However, the husband got suspicious because the baby looked too old to be a new born.

He says Sarah is to be charged with child theft and trafficking.

The baby has now been handed back to the biological parents Gloria Wamaholo and Samson Buyinza who could not hold back tears.

In any part of the world a good friend must be faithful and fair. Weather his or her friends are so numerous, a good friend must be fair and faithful. A true friend is available even when the going gets tough. A good friend must love at all times. It should also be noted that a person who has many friends is sometimes ruined.

A good friend must stick closer than a brother, sister, and parents or relative. A true friend doesn’t forsake her own friends or colleagues friends.

Also note that a good friend can rebuke his friends whenever it is necessary. There are things which may need to be said to a friend that are not easy to say. A good friend doesn’t disappoint by the sentimentalism that pervades friendships and doesn’t flatter his or her friends. A true friend is the one who is honest enough to tell his or her mind.

A friend who flatters his or her friends is spreading problems on him/herself. Faithful are the wounds of a true friend, but deceitful are the kisses of an enemy.

Even in marriage, a wife can feel free to criticise her husband because it is better to be corrected by our closest friends than by an enemy. The best thing a woman can do in marriage or in an affair is to tell her husband that his idea is absolutely ridiculous and of course in a very polite way. A good friend is sensitive to peoples needs and speaks in an encouraged and enriched way. A good friend sharpens people around him or her and doesn’t sing songs of trouble to his or her friends, and lastly a good friend does not allow his/her friends to become intellectually stagnant.

The Rwandese national and a resident in Kibaale district was admitted at Kagadi hospital nursing severe wounds after his genitals were cut off for allegedly committing adultery.

Mr. Daniel Habwalimana Byaruhanga of Nyamarunda in Buyanja County had his private parts chopped off by one Munyaneza who allegedly found him sleeping with his wife at Nyamuranda trading center.

Munyaneza’s wife denied sleeping with Byaruhanga. She told the police that Byaruhanga had just paid her a visit and her husband thought he was her boyfriend. Police arrested Munyaneza as investigations in the case continue. Byaruhanga’s genitals are now being kept in a deep freezer as exhibit.

When he reached at home his wife was bathing with soap on her face. The woman noticed the person she was talking to was quiet; she washed her face only to see her husband standing behind her. The woman fainted and the known lethal mouthed minister called his guards to arrest the driver and to take the woman to Mulago hospital.

The soldiers brought the driver to the minister who gave him a slap on the spot. The driver denied the allegations but the minister ordered his guards to take him to Kiira road police station where he said he will find him when he returns from England.

In Uganda a murder charge carries maximum of death sentence on conviction or life imprisonment or pardon depending on the way the judge wishes.

Court ruled on Thursday that Ms Karitundu who is jointly charged with Christiano Bulila, and their friend only identified as Eric, molded a stick at Texas pub in Kampala and used it to murder Winkle.

Late Winkle was murdered on March 15, 2008 at his home in Kisugu, Kampala and the police detectives suspected that it was the wife who was behind the murder.

Court assessors, Silvia Kakumba, Stella Zziwa and Margret Nakigudde, the principal state attorney from the Directorate of public prosecution in their opinion asked the High Court to convict Ms Karitundu and Bulila saying that the suspects participated in the murder of winkle.

Nampijja and her family were reportedly attacked by her ex-husband towards Sunday midnight at Kitebi zone in Rubaga Division,Kampala.

The husband in question has also been arrested by police but he is still admitted at Mulago hospital because he attempted to committee suicide.

Nabagereka says that the people who have been over the radio alleging that Nabagereka is not happy because the Kabaka got a child from another woman should stop misleading Ugandans.

We are told that Julie left Uganda for US last week and delivered the pastor’s third child. The pastors’ pals have told us that Mutesasira is preparing to go to US to meet his wife.

Julie Mutesasira had been in intensive care unit in US since she arrived there and received by a pal to her husband only identified as Hilda.

Spies report that Kamya and the guy arrived at Garden City at around 9:00pm being chauffeured in Kamya’s land cruiser registered in UAH series.

 The former MP for Lubaga North and the dark guy went straight to a dark corner in one of the restaurants at Garden City and started ordering for the drinks.

The spies tell us that Kamya and the guy believed to be a member of her Uganda Federal Alliance Party chatted till late when they jumped into their land cruiser and drove away.

Many people who were around were left wondering whether the guy is a new catch for the widow former female presidential candidate. Kamya’s husband Turomwe kicked the bucket several years back.
