JOB DETAILS:
IntraHealth International (www.inlrahealth.org) is currently seeking to recruit candidates for USAID Regional Health Integration to Enhance Services in Eastern Uganda (RHITES-E) that supports the Government of Uganda (GOU) and key stakeholders to increase availability and utilization of high quality health services in 23 districts in Eastern Uganda and 2 in Karamoja. This will be done by strengthening health systems and improving the quality of, access to, and demand for health services with attention to equity and underserved populations.

Post: 4 EMTCT/EID Technical Officers (Mbale, Eastern Uganda)

The Elimination of Mother-to-Child Transmission of HIV/Early lnfant Diagnosis (EMTCT/ElD) Technical Officer will support the implementation of EMTCT/EID services in the Cluster Areas in Eastern Region. S/he will provide technical support in mentorship and supervision of district frontline health workers in both technical aspects of maternal and child health (MCH), elimination of mother to child transmission of HIV (EMTCT) and in professional health care delivery.
