]]> The Ministry of works has started partnering with private companies in repairing roads around the country.

This is to attract more private participation in implementing government projects.

The state minister for works, John Byabagambi says that the strategy will also help ensure that people protect the various infrastructures set up by government.

Byabagambi adds that the ministry is pushing for a public private partnership bill to provide a formal basis for such cooperation.
