]]> Buganda road court has threatened to issue a warrant of arrest against Kyaddondo East MP Ibrahim Ssemujju Nganda if he fails to turn up in court on the 25th of this month.

Grade 1 magistrate Faith Evans Palodi has said this following Ssemujju’s continued failure to appear in court.

Ssemujju is accused along with James Tumusiime, the managing director of the observer Newspaper on allegations of promoting sectarianism.

Trouble for the duo emerged from a story published in December 2005 in which FDC Deputy President Salamu Musumba accused Bahima Generals of taking charge of prosecuting her party President Dr Kiiza Besigye.

In the article, Ssemujju quoted Musumba saying that the arrest of Besigye was ordered by Gen. Museveni, coordinated by Gen. Tinyefunza and he was being tried by Gen. Elly Tumwine in the General court martial, all from the same region.
