]]> Justice Minister, Maj. Gen. Kahinda Otafiire will never cease to amuse especially when he is hitting at the government critics. The National Resistance Movement (NRM) youth who were yesterday in a closed door meeting were treated to a light moment when Otafiire explained to them why the Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) President, Col. Kiiza Besigye is not a serious politician but a comedian who will never rule Uganda .

Otafiire told an attentive audience that Besigye is a none performer and a liar whose presidential manifesto contained a lot of ‘nothing.’

The minister says that Besigye like most of opposition politicians do a lot of talking with no results on the ground. Otafiire says he recently went to Rukungiri where Besigye hails from and found nothing developmental he has put on ground. Otafiire sealed his attack on Besigye by saying that the FDC man only wants to amuse people like Amalula family does.
