]]> Over 11,000 students are expected to graduate at Makerere University from 16th to 23rd January 2012.

The university will hold its 62nd graduation, which will take one week from the 16th January.

According to the university’s Academic registrar, Alfred Masikye, students will receive heir transcripts after the graduation ceremony.

Masikye reveals that 46.7% of the graduands are female while 53.3% account for the males.

The university will also award at least 42 graduands with PHDs, 14 of whom of female.
