If we follow up everything that scientists tell us in the world some of us we might run mad. When you visit science journals or interview scientists/ doctors, you find out that all of them are against using almost everything in the world. For example scientists discourage us from eating many types of foods, using some types of clothes, operating several types of machines and holding laptop bags…
Scientists say that carrying laptop bags over the shoulders can strain some parts of the body such as the forearm. Otherwise scientists conclude that holding laptop bags contribute to back and shoulder pain. They advise that one should roll up the laptops strap or uses laptop bags that can allow the weight be evenly distributed.

How we can do Pilates in our homes. Lie on your back with legs straight and arms stretched above your head and shoulders down.

Keep your back flat on the floor, slowly fit your arms towards the ceiling as you breathe in and as you breathe out.

Slowly roll forward, peeling your spine off the mat.  The head remains straight, eyes focused forward; stomach remains taut and not crunched.  Breathe in again. Stretch out over your legs. Don’t pause but as you breathe in roll up again. You can do all these for over 10 times in a given day.
