]]> He is suave and debonair. Sam Rwakoojo is the Secretary to the Uganda Electoral Commission. Rwakoojo is widely learnt. He is a graduate of BA Accounting Business Admin and Economics at Mc Pherson College, Kansas United States of America (USA).

Sam Rwakoojo is also the Accounting Officer of the Electoral Commission inUganda. The secretary has served Uganda and the world at large in various organizations and capacities.

Some time back Rwakoojo was an Accountant at the following intuitions: Hope International Foundation Pasadena in USA, LACUSC Medical CenterinLos Angeles, California.

He also served as a Fiscal Analyst at LACUSC Medical Center in Los Angeles and later joined the Joint Clinical Research Center in Uganda. Sam Rwakoojo was a Member of Parliament for Rwemiyaga Countyan area currently represented by MP Theodore Sekikubo.
