]]> The session of Members of parliament of the East African Legislative Assembly (EALA) going on in Kampala has entered day three.

 The session was opened by President Museveni on January 25th 2012.  President Mwai Kibaki of Kenya addressed the same EALA session on Wednesday January 25th.

The East African Legislative Assembly meeting is sitting in Kampala from January 24th to February 2nd, this year.

The meeting is being presided over by its speaker Abdirahin Abdi. To day the members have discussed inter– university council ofEast Africabill and yesterday they discussed the East African Community Trans boundary ECO-system management bill 2010.
