“Zil Zil is now a member of Rydim Empire, he was part of the package. Derrick bought everything from Emma Carlos,” he claimed. Twinkle Star is known for making artists like Kalifah Aganaga, who bitterly fell out with Emma Carlos and left the label.

Derrick Orone owns multiple businesses in Kampala including Rydim Empire, a label that has signed artists like David Lutalo and Mary Bata before.
