]]> A building under construction  has collapsed this evening along Lumumba Avenue causing panic among construction workers.

The building said to be owned by an Indian whose names have not been readily established was being constructed by Scafold construct Uganda Limited.

The building is located next to the NSSF building whihc is also being constructed.

According to Kampala metropolitan police spokesperson Ibin Ssenkumbi, the foundation wall has curved in although no one has died, and no one was injured.
