Over 900 exhibitors have already confirmed their participation in the 2010 Uganda Manufacturers Association annual trade fair slated to take place from October 5^th to 11^th 2010.

The Executive Director, Ssebagala Kigozi says preparations for the 18^th UMA international trade fair are on course with exhibitors from 29 countries already confirming their participation.

The international trade fair is being organized by UMA in partnership with the Private Sector Foundation-Uganda.

Ssebagala says the trade fair to be held at Lugogo UMA show grounds along Jinja road will on October 9^th profile a ‘Proudly Uganda’ day on Independence where locally-made goods will be sold at a discount to encourage Ugandans to buy local products and investment in the local market.
