]]> The minister for education Jessica Alupo Epel has disclosed that the ministry intends to set up a vocational training school in every county and a secondary school in every sub-county.

According to Alupo, the move is aimed at ensuring that people access education in all corners of the country so as to make free education a success.

Speaking to journalists in Kampala, Alupo however, warned teachers against dodging classes saying those caught in this act will be penalized.

She says the ministry has laid all strategies aimed at increasing on supervision and monitoring mechanisms to ensure that all children get the education they require as per the school curriculum and syllabus.
