]]> Troubled by the conflicts surrounding the Kyabazinga ship of Busoga, one of the contenders for the post of Kyabazinga (king), Prince Wilberforce Gabula decided to seek intervention of the Queen of England. He got UK visa and left the country for Britain. He reached there safely and he was welcomed by the authorities in UK.

Gabula on several times requested to meet with the Queen and failed. The Queen we are told would ask who is Gabula or Kyabazinga. The Queen we are informed that she told her officials that in Uganda she knows only two kingdoms: Bunyoro and Buganda. Why? Bunyoro resisted colonialism for over nine years and Buganda collaborated with the colonialists to extend colonial rule across the current day Uganda.

On realizing that there was no possibility for him to meet the Queen, Gabula decided to return back to Uganda. He returned to Uganda last Friday and he was received by Bugabula North MP Andrew Allen.
