President Yoweri Museveni has asked Ugandans to develop a culture of writing and share their experiences through writing because when people die they are always remembered through their writing. He also said that Government will continue supporting the cultural institutions in their development endeavors.

The message was carried in the speech read on his behalf by the vice president Edward Kiwanuka Sekandi during a function where former youth central MP Patrick Nakabale unveiled his two books. The two books launched yesterday are titled Public-private appointment book and another one called Museveni Mukoozi.

The Public-private appointment book reminds all managers, administrators and people on the private sector on their duty if Uganda is to achieve vision 2040, while Museveni Mukoozi talks about the relationship between Buganda kingdom and the NRM Government.
