NRM Parliamentary caucus has forwarded two names of the party members to central executive committee for disciplinary action on accusation of campaigning for the prime minister Amama Mbabazi against president Musevani for 2016 elections.
Those to appear before the central execute committee include the NRM chairperson women league Jacquiline Mbabazi and Former minister of Agriculture Hope Mwesigye .
Speaking to journalists at parliament the publicity secretary of the NRM caucus Evelyn Anite said that the central executive committees have to interrogate these members over what she called indispline among the two members.
Anite said that Jacquiline Mbabazi and Hope Mwesigye their activities to campaign for AmamaMbabazi are criminal because they bribe supporters with money using the party structures and the source is not known.
She said that these party members have caused confusion among party members and supporters country on who is the right candidate for them yet the caucus had approved president Museveni as sole candidate for the party in 2016 elections.
She confirmed that NRM caucus has approved a party constitutional amendment for the secretary General to be with 40 years, energetic and is not a busy a person.
She also confirmed that the minister without portfolio Richard Twodong is now the Acting deputy secretary General to help Mbabazi since the substantive deputy secretary General is now an Ambassador.
