The electoral commission’s audit management system software has collapsed. The commission has now allocated funds to be used for the acquision of supply and installation of zimbra mail software.

The bidding will be conducted in accordance with domestic bidding procedures contained in the public procurement and disposal of public assets act 2003 and open to all bidders from eligible source countries.

A complete set of bidding documents in English will be purchased on the submission of written application to the Uganda Electoral commission.
