Ntabazi says that he got the idea from notes he collected from a series of agricultural trainings and radios talks shows.

He explains he started his experiments by observing how the wilt spreads from one plant to another.

Ntabazi has put off a five demonstration garden in Kalungu, Kyazanga, Ribinge, Kalisizo and Kizungu in Masaka town where he is conducting his trials.

He says he has applied the solution to 20 infected plants since last year and the results have been positive.
Ntabazi explains that he mixes the solution and stores it for three weeks before he starts supplying it. Ntabazi says he invited researches from the NARO to partner with him and help him with his research but they have not responded to his invitation.

A team of agricultural experts will be visiting Ntabazi this week to review his banana bacteria wilt fighting herbal solution.
