Uganda seeks for Swedith investors

 

Uganda’s Prime Minister Amama Mbabazi has invited the Swedish investors to take advantage of Uganda’s lucrative trade and investment opportunities.

Mbabazi, known in Uganda as one of the ministers in government involved in so many financial scandals, says Uganda has favorable conditions for investment.

 

The minister says Uganda is ready to give the Swedish investors all the necessary support they would require to invest in the East Africa’s third largest country, Uganda.

Mbabazi made the remarks in a meeting with the Swedish minister for finance, Anders Borg who visited Mbabazi’s office in Kampala. The Swedish finance minister was in Kampala to discuss business opportunities with Uganda government.

Mbabazi says Uganda has reached a decision to use revenues from the Oil sector to improve on its infrastructure in addition to modernisation of agricultural sector.
