University of East Anglia offers 20 PhD scholarships

University of East Anglia offers 20 doctoral studentships for pursuing postgraduate research level in UK. Studentships are offered for UK and EU and International Students. The funding is available to any PhD applicant of any of the faculty’s schools of study admitting postgraduate research. Current postgraduate research students in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities are also eligible. Studentships are awarded on the basis of academic merit and the overall strength of the application. The application deadline is 18th February 2013.

Scholarship Description: Studentships and Scholarships for MPhil and PhD programmes in the School of Political, Social and International Studies at UEA for 2013/14 academic year. For International Students, funding includes a maintenance payment and covers partial courses fees. Therefore international students must be able to pay the difference between UK/EU fees and international fees. Applications for a PhD must be received by 18 February 2013 in order to be considered for a studentship. There is no need to submit a separate application for studentships. Current PhD students in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities must initially contact the School PGR Director to discuss their application.
