Ways to keep dentists away

 

Floss first and brush away gunk with your tooth brush, brush immediately after eating citrus foods.

Eat crunchy foods to wipe away plaque and stimulate the gums and also cut intake of sugary foods and drinks e.g. sodas, pineapple juice, mango juice, orange juices and passion fruit juices to prevent cavities.

Avoid use of alcohol, use tooth paste that contains fluoride and avoid tobacco. Eat foods and take drinks that are rich in calcium.

It is also advised to visit a dentist at least twice a year. This helps you to detect the dangers that might attack your teeth before it is too late.
