A couple in Kampala is alledging that Case Medical Centre in Kampala sacrificed their new born baby boy. The case is registered at the High Court of Kampala.

Mrs Justine Nassimbwa and Anthony Mutyaba claims that the workers at Case Medical Centre wrapped their new born baby bed sheets for burial. The baby was suffocated in bed sheets.

The hospital employees pronnounced the live baby dead  and wrapped it for more than five hours.The baby was suffocated on October 4, last year according to Mutyaba, Nassimbwa and documents we have seen at the High Court of Kampala.

The couple discovered that their baby was alive when they took it for burial at Kisubi the same day and the mourners discovered that it was still alive.

They rushed it to KisubiHospital but later referred it to NsambyaHospital for better treatment. The doctors at Nsambya put in an incubator but it died after 18 hours since it had spent more than five hours wrapped in bed sheets.
