The minister of state for Agriculture Vincent Bamulangaki Sempijja  has demanded democratic party supporters to put task on their leaders to show them the memorandum of understanding with the presidential candidate John Patrick Amama Mbabazi . Sempijja says that DP must show the power-sharing agreement to their supporters with Mbabazi so as are not locked out when their presidential candidate wins elections.
He made remarks while addressing voters at Kiti village in Bukulula sub county. He says that voters should not be hoodwinked by such people with no binding document that they will lead the country better than NRM . He also asked the people of Kalungu East not to be duped by his political opponents he is contesting with for the parliamentary seat over the poor state of roads and lack of electricity in some parts of this constituency, adding that they should be calm because roads will be worked on by the NRM government.
