Beans are healthier than meat, yet they are most ignored or only considered when someone doesn’t have enough money to afford meat.
Beans are second to grains in supplying calories and protein worldwide, promoting health heart as they are rich in fibre, a substance that helps one to reduce blood cholesterol and contributes to healthy weight.
Beans are also rich in magnesium, an essential mineral to the human body. Magnesium deficiency may dispose one to fatal diseases like heart Arrhythmias (skipped, irregular and abnormally fast heart beats).
Scientists reveal that beans also reduce chances of dying from ischemic heart disease (blocked or narrowed arteries) by one-third.
Beans are also praised for their high levels of isoflavones-compounds that are similar in structure to oestrogen.
Isoflavones are known for their ability of easing the symptoms of menopause, prevent cancer, and improve bone and prostate health.

How to beat menstrual pains: engage in regular physical activity, take a warm bath and use aromatherapy (natural oils with sweet smell).

Relaxing reduces stress. Take ginger tea to lower your levels of pain-causing elementary and fight fatigue.

Eat foods that are rich in magnesium i.e. greens, ground nuts and seeds, and also take omega-fatty acids that are found in fish. Omega fatty acids have a positive effect on the menstrual pains/ cramps. Consult a medical doctor if the pain is intense and is unusually heavy.

Several people wonder how they can deal with the problem of indigestion. If you are facing this health problem, drink water before or after a meal.

Chew ginger bites thoroughly and peppermint. Chewing ginger and peppermint in company of a cup of dry tea is good for the digestive system.

Relaxing reduces stress, add lemon juice, honey and ginger to lukewarm water and drink.

Eat small meals and slowly eat foods rich in magnesium (vegetables). Don’t lie down right after eating and avoid foods with high amount of acids.

Cut back on alcohol and smoking because they irritate stomach lining. Eat energy giving foods and food supplements.

The people who are fasting and sportsmen should eat foods that are rich in natural fibre and comprise other nutritional elements e.g.  calcium, potassium, oil, sulfur, iron, vitamins, iron, phosphorus, manganese and copper.

Pears are also high in acid and niacin. Fibre helps in bowel movement and digestion. They keep constipation at bay and its rich in copper, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, chlorine, magnesium, sodium and sulfur. You have a lot of iron that is why it turns to brown when cutoff.

Though pears belong to the apple family, they are more efficient than apples in keeping the doctors services away.
