Pears source of vitamins, calcium, magnesium

 

Pears rarely cause allergy as some people say because they are rich in water and soluble fibre.

It is advisable to eat the fruit with its peels because they contain fibres and chemicals necessary for sustaining life.

Pears contain no sodium, saturated fat or cholesterol. Pears comprise of carbohydrates, sugars, proteins vitamin C, vitamin B1, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B2, vitamin B3, vitamin B5, vitamin B6, vitamin B9, calcium, pantothenic acid, and magnesium.

Pears are also high in acid and niacin. Fibre helps in bowel movement and digestion. They keep constipation at bay and its rich in copper, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, chlorine, magnesium, sodium and sulfur. You have a lot of iron that is why it turns to brown when cutoff.

Though pears belong to the apple family, they are more efficient than apples in keeping the doctors services away.
