Ismail Kiseka has been masquerading as a clinical officer at the Uganda Cancer of Institute.

The spokesperson for Mulago National Referral Hospital Enoch Kusaasira says the man was not found with any identification document upon arrest.

He was apprehended as he attempted to extort money from a patient for a CT scan, which the patient did not even need.

Kiseka is to be charged with impersonation.

Nicholas Birungi had already extorted 300,000shillings from the patient.

He was arrested with Ivan Kiyingi a lab attendant at New life Clinic in Nsoba Zone

Officer in charge of Mulago hospital police, Alex Adunyu says that Birungi had lied to his in-laws that he was a doctor at Mulago and to prove a point went on to practice at the hospital.

Adunyu says that this is the first time Birungi has been arrested and will be charged with impersonation.

Epilepsy is also called a seizure in the medical language. It is caused by abnormal and excessive electrical activity within a human brain cells.

Medical doctors say that epilepsy can lead to sudden change in brain function resulting as a physical convulsion, and altered mental state.

The signs, disturbance and symptoms of epilepsy depend on which part of the brain has been affected. Dr. Edward Ddumba, a Senior consultant neurologist at  Nsambya Hospital  defines epilepsy as a state of recurrent seizures.

There are three main classification of epilepsy: simple partial, complex partial and generalized epilepsy. Simple partial epilepsy is defined as consciousness where a patient exhibits abnormal motor, sensory or autonomic abnormalities.

Complex partial epilepsy is impaired consciousness is impaired where a patient develops abnormal movements and behaviour. The epileptics with this type of disease experiences tonic-clonic movements of the limbs, tongue biting and incontinence of urine.

The symptoms of prostate cancer depend on the progression of the cancer. From 4-5 years, the patient suffering from prostate cancer may not exhibit any sign and symptoms.

The signs of prostate cancer are presence of urinary tract infection, blood stained urine, lower abdominal pain and jaundice particularly when it spreads to the liver, backache, and reduced force of stream due to enlarged prostate gland which results into pressure being exerted on the urethra.
