According to the Federation of Uganda Football Associations, unforeseen circumstances have forced the Gold and VIP class tickets not to go on sale.

FUFA will instead have all the three ticket categories  40,000 Uganda shillings, 75,000 Shillings and 120, 000 Shillings go on market early next week.

Uganda plays Zambia on October 13 at Namboole with a task of overturning a 1-0 defeat they succumbed to in Ndola last month if the Uganda cranes are to qualify for African Cup of Nations finals.

According to the programme, the cranes start residential training at sky Hotel on Wednesday.

It seems the rate at which peoples morals in Africa are getting spoilt is so high to an extent that it is only God who can reverse the situation. Many people in Africa are said to be sadists, believe in which craftism, murder, causing harm to their fellow people in communities, and betray others, thieves and rapists…

Few people in Africa including among leaders believe in harmony, peace, corruption free environment, and general love for one another. When you stand on the streets of Kampala, and listen to the conservations of people, you may realize that truly many Africans are sadists.

For example inKampalanow, there are some people selling rape drugs and some of the good hearted people still in the Ugandan community have asked girls and women to be on the watch.

A case study is this girl Irene, a resident of Namasuba on Entebbe road who told our informers that she received an invitation last week from one of the social groups on facebook. She honoured the invitation and went to one of the popular night clubs in Kampala to meet with the group of people who had invited her where she lost memory after being intoxicated by bottles of beer which were poisoned with the rape drugs and she was raped by almost a dozen of men. To some people this may be interpreted as the price for liking free things!

A malaria prevention beverage that is taken in hot water, hot milk or porridge has come to Uganda. It is called artavol. When artavol is taken regularly, it prevents you and your family from suffering from malaria. Medical experts and researchers say that artavol helps to prevent worm infestation and provides the human body with antioxidant nutrients. It also boosts up one’s immune system.

In addition to acting as a beverage with tea, coffee and cocoa do, artavol has the priceless benefit of preventing malaria which is the leading cause of morbidity and mortality in Uganda and other areas in Africa where malaria is endemic.

The doctors at Silcon medical centre on Entebbe road say that artavol is a well researched on product by Ugandan scientists that include pharmacists, doctors, pharmacologists, chemists and botanists. The research was supported by the presidential initiative to support scientists through the Uganda Medical National Council of science and technology and hosted by National Chemotherapeutic research institute and Uganda industrial research institute. The final product of artavol is manufactured by natural heritage.

Artavol is considered as a substitute of ordinary beverages because of its good aroma, beverage properties and the principle benefit that it can prevent Malaria.

Shell Uganda is now on sale. We have been told that Shell is engaging into negotiations with companies that have interests in buying its shares in Uganda. According to sources, some of the companies which have expressed interests in buying shell Uganda’s interests include Total Uganda and Caltex petrol company.

However Shell Uganda is planning to sell off its capital to another company without the knowledge of its employees. And this promoted the workers at Shell Uganda to petition the commercial court in Kampala. The plaintiffs asked the court to halt the intended sell until the management of Shell assures its employees that their interests would be catered for during the sale.

The court assistant registrar Eudes Keiterima after receiving the petition of the workers has halted the sale until further notice.

Some of the drugs sold in East  Africa were recently banned by the World Health Organisation (WHO). They include fake ARVs, paracetamol, fake quinine tablets,   fake quinine syrups and postinor.

The executive secretary of National Drug Authority, Gordon Katende says that some of the expired drugs imported intoUganda are from Kenya, Democratic Republic of Congo, and Southern Sudan.

Last week the government of Uganda arrested three people for allegedly selling drugs that were phased out by the World Health Organisation.

The Directorate of Ethics and Integrity is in final stages of drafting a bill that will allow individual Ugandans to sue corrupt government ministers, president among other public officials.

The bill against the corrupt will be called ‘’quintum bill 2012.’ The bill will allow individual Ugandans to provide information and the Attorney General will be required to support that individual Ugandan or Ugandans in courts of law.

 The minister of state for Ethics and Integrity Simon Lokodo says that the individual Ugandan or group of people who will win a case against the corrupt public servants will get 25% of the proceeds of the suit.

He says that when stolen items are recovered, they will have to be sold and the people who filed the case will get 25% of the sale proceeds. We are told that the bill is being financed by the World Bank and Amnesty international.
