The leadership of Namutumba district has concluded compiling the least of the people who are to benefit from the relief that was given to them by government after being hit by heavy hail storm.
Speaking to journalists at parliament the woman MP for Namutumba district Florence Mutyabule said that they have already registered 760 beneficiaries and among those are the vulnerable groups of people.
She said that they are now ready and therefore tomorrow they will start the distribution exercise. She however urged government to increase on the intervention saying that they should now
Namutumba was hit by the rainstorm on 25th last months but last week government intervened with 100 bags of maize flour and 100 blankets.
