Recommended diet for memory problems

Many people world over complain that they forget easily and sometimes find it hard to memorize the things they are told, seen or read somewhere.

However scientists recommend that the people with memory problems need a diet for memory problems.

The first recommendation is to eat a wholesome diet of basic and unprocessed foods because conventionally grown foods often contain toxins.

It is advisable to buy organic whenever possible, to wash your food thoroughly well before eating, add wheat germ to salads, cereals or juices, nuts and seeds for vitamin E, fruits and vegetables are also good sources of vitamin A.

Vitamin A improves circulation, increases energy levels and detoxifies your body.

You are also advised to drink a glass of clean water every two walking hours, consume fishes for example salmon, mackerel and other clean fish three times a week for their essential fatty acids.
