President Museveni’s vision of transforming the country into a first world in the next 50 years has been welcomed by a cross section of Ugandans though its effective implementation is still questioned. .
Addressing crowds at the golden Jubilee celebrations yesterday, President Museveni revealed a 10 point plan the he hopes to concentrate on to ensure transformation of the country’s society.
However Butambala county MP Muwanga Kivumbi says while it can be achieved, this may not be possible without a shared vision and fighting the prevailing corruption in the country.
