Thousands of youth are set to come together at Uganda’s largest Youth Festival where they will interrogate the challenge facing the youth in the country.
The youth Festival is scheduled for 22nd and 23rd July at Kololo Air strip in Kampala under the theme “showing the potential and place of National Development”.
The team leader of the African Youth Development Link Ahmed Hadji said that this youth festival will focus on finding ways to empower youth to get jobs.
He said that the youth will use the youth fest to agree on how to use the 25 billion shillings which was put in the recent budget for creation of jobs for youth.
Hadji says youth festival will also attract exhibitions from youth entrepreneurs to showcase what they have to offer.
