Foods people living with HIV/AIDS must avoid

 

The people living with HIV/AIDS should not consume raw eggs; unpasteurized milk, cheese, and rare meat as much all of these products can contain harmful bacteria.

Cut on junk foods, fried foods, sugar and alcohol, all of which suppress your immune system. The doctors tell us that to reduce on the risks of toxins entering the body of someone living with HIV/AIDS, foods should be as clean and pure as possible.

But you must also eat well. A good basic diet will include plenty of raw Vegetables, seeds, nuts, grains, fresh fruits and lean protein from quality sources.

Garlic and onions have natural antibiotics effect, so use them often. Drink a glass of clean water every two walking hours.  Drink several glasses of green juice daily, as it will help your weakened immune system absorb a maximum amount of nutrients.

HIV stands for the human immunodeficiency virus. This virus attacks a person’s immune system. The immune system is the body’s defense against infections, such as bacteria and viruses. AIDS on the other hand stands for acquired immunodeficiency syndrome. This condition is acquired, meaning that a person becomes infected with it.
