National Information Technology Authority appeals on business process outsourcing

The National Information Technology Authority (NITA) has appealed to all institutions of learning to keenly participate in the Business process outsourcing (BPO) intitiative.

The chairperson board of directors NITA Betty Bigombe says the government is committed to continue supporting the training of BPO organisations because if will have Uganda build sufficient skill for business processor outsourcing.

Bigombe adds that the government is to create a conducive and enabling environment to ensure the business process outsourcing industry is growing.

BPO will enable companies and individuals in Uganda able to get and execute jobs and work for organisations and individuals aboard utilising information and communication technologies.
