Uganda rebels get guns from Libya

Intelligence organs have unearthed a document from late Sam Njuba’s home in Kasangati that showed how the former National Resistance Army rebels would get guns from Libya.

The documents also revealed how the deceased mobilised funds for rebels. But NRM Chairman for Buganda region, Hajji Abdul Nadduli says the writings the security organs found in Juba’s home should not raise people’s eyebows because Njuba was secretary external wing of the NRA rebels.

Nadduli says late Sam Njuba had special abilities and throughout the 5 year rebellion that brought Museveni to power, the deceased kept intelligent people around him.

Nadduli further says that Sam Njuba recruited many intelligent people into NRA including Dr. Besigye and Ms Getrude Njuba, who was Njuba’s wife.
